Pour une tôle 28/30 cms:

300 grs de farine
60 grs de poudre d'amandes ou poudre de noisettes
1 s de sucre vanillé
1 s de levure chimique
100 grs de beurre fondu
100 ml d'eau tiède
1 pincée de sel

Pétrir le tout (rajoutez un peu de farine si besoin)
vous pouvez l'étaler aussitôt !
